Write on autopilot.
Rank on Google .
For founders and small teams who want to be found without a content team. Tonaily finds the keywords your competitors win, Kira drafts the articles, and you approve each one before it goes out on your site.
- Tonaily
- finds the topics, writes, scores and publishes on your schedule
- You
- pick the topics and approve each article. Auto-publish only if you switch it on

How it works
Choose, produce, publish, measure.
One path, four steps. You approve every article before it goes live: that is the standard path. Auto-publish is an option you switch on, sequence by sequence.
- 01
Choose the right topics
Kira imports the keywords your competitors rank for and ranks the themes you can realistically win.
- 02
Produce and review
Kira drafts each article from its brief, with Tonaily SEO and GEO scores. You edit it, then approve it.
- 03
Publish
A theme becomes a sequence with a date per piece. Approved articles go to WordPress or Diggama.
- 04
Measure
Search Console clicks and positions come back on each article. AI citations are tracked on paid plans.

Your week
You keep the decisions. Kira does the rest.
What stays on your desk, and what Tonaily handles while you run your business.
-
Once per theme
You
Pick a theme from the list and set the pace, for example one article every 7 days.
Tonaily
Ranks the themes by opportunity for your domain and lays out the sequence with its dates.
-
Each publication day
You
Read the article, change what you want, approve it. If you switched auto-publish on for this sequence, it goes out on its day.
Tonaily
Kira writes the article from its brief, checks its Tonaily SEO and GEO scores, and prepares the social posts.
-
Once it is live
You
Post the social posts it prepared, when it suits you.
Tonaily
Sends the article to WordPress or Diggama, then brings back its Search Console figures.
-
Every few days
You
Decide which refresh proposals to keep.
Tonaily
Asks your AI questions again, follows your competitors, and flags the articles that slip.
What the subscription pays for
- Keyword data: your competitors’ keywords, with real search volumes
- The writing: articles, social posts and whitepapers every month
- The checks: Tonaily scores before publishing, Search Console and AI answers after
- The publishing: straight to your CMS, on the dates you set
One subscription instead of a keyword tool, a writer and a publishing calendar.
Follow one article through all of it
A complete example, open to everyone: the topic Kira proposed, the article the team rewrote, how it was published and what it measured afterwards.
Read the exampleKeywords
2B keywords, sorted by what you can win.
Kira imports what your competitors rank for and scores every theme against your own domain. Top of the list is your next sequence.
- Real, measured search volume
- Difficulty weighted for your own domain
- One opportunity score to choose at a glance
Create a sequence
A sequence starts from keywords you pick, up to ten. Kira gives each a title and an angle, then checks every one before anything is created: a site page already covering the topic, a duplicate intent, a difficulty out of reach.
| Theme | Searches / month | Keywords to write | Difficulty | Relevance | Opportunity | Articles | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SaaS website redesign | 14.2K | 6 / 8 | Medium | 88 | 74 | 6 | Choose this theme |
| Design system for startups | 9.8K | 5 / 6 | Medium | 81 | 66 | 5 | Choose this theme |
| Product design agency | 7.3K | 4 / 5 | Hard | 74 | 58 | 4 | Choose this theme |
| Design system governance | 4.4K | 9 / 9 | Easy | 69 | 64 | 9 | Choose this theme |
| UX writing | 3.1K | 4 / 4 | Medium | 62 | 51 | 4 | Choose this theme |
Sequences
Set the pace. You approve, it goes live.
A sequence turns one theme into a pillar, its satellites and the social posts between them, on the dates you choose. By default, each article waits for your approval. Switch on auto-publish and it goes to your CMS on its day; social posts always wait for you to post them.
- You pick how many pieces, and how many days apart
- Auto-publish to WordPress or Diggama: off by default, on when you choose
- Pause, reorder or cancel anytime

Score
Scored before it ships. Measured after.
Two Tonaily scores before publication, SEO and GEO: our own checks out of 100, that tell you what to fix. They are not results and do not predict a ranking or a citation. Then what Google and the assistants actually do with the article.

Tonaily SEO score
Every article checked against what Google reads: title, length, headings, links.

Tonaily GEO score
Is it shaped to be quoted by an assistant? Direct answer, figures, lists, question headings.

New Time to shine
The right keywords, at the right time.
The seasonal keywords to write this month so you are live right when demand takes off. Pure gold, delivered on the right date.
For each keyword: the publishing deadline, about 8 weeks before its search peak, the peak month and its multiplier, the volume and the difficulty. One click on “Write” creates the sequence.
Included in Growth and Pro
- ahead of the search peak, an indicative lead time
- 8 wk ahead of the search peak, an indicative lead time
- the yearly average, at least, to count as a peak
- ×1.5 the yearly average, at least, to count as a peak
- of deadlines ahead, most urgent first
- 1 month of deadlines ahead, most urgent first
Keywords
Keywords to write whose ideal publishing date falls within the next month: published now, they have time to be crawled and indexed before search demand peaks (about 8 weeks, an indicative lead time). Start them in order, most urgent first.
| Keyword | Publish before | Search peak | Volume | Difficulty | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| business greeting cards | October 6 today | December ×5.2 the average | 9.9K | Easy | Write | |
| marketing year in review | October 6 today | December ×2.1 the average | 1.3K | Easy | Write | |
| marketing plan 2027 | November 6 in 31 days | January ×3.4 the average | 4.4K | Medium | Write | |
| seo trends 2027 | November 6 in 31 days | January ×2.8 the average | 6.6K | Hard | Write | |
| editorial calendar 2027 | November 6 in 31 days | January ×2.2 the average | 2.9K | Medium | Write | |
| marketing budget 2027 | November 6 in 31 days | January ×1.9 the average | 1.6K | Easy | Write |
- 01
The peak, spotted
Tonaily reads the twelve months of searches of each keyword. When one month weighs at least 1.5 times the yearly average, that is a peak, with its multiplier.
- 02
The deadline
About 8 weeks before the peak: an indicative lead time for a new article to be crawled, indexed and start climbing, not a guaranteed ranking. It turns orange with less than 2 weeks left.
- 03
Write in one click
“Write” creates the keyword’s sequence. Tick several to start one sequence together, with the same bar as for your other keywords. Sort by difficulty, volume, peak or deadline.
- 04
Never wasted
Deadline passed: the keyword leaves the list and comes back for the next peak. An article scheduled after the deadline shows an alert: it will aim for the following season.
Estimate

a month
After twelve months
- articles published
- impressions a month

- clicks a month

Assumptions: each article picks up a share of the searches around its keyword, set by how contested your field is; an article takes about four months to settle, so a year counts at three quarters; clicks at 4.5% of impressions. An indicative order of magnitude, not a forecast of your results: no ranking is guaranteed.

What do I need to start?
A domain. Connecting Google Search Console takes one click and makes the scoring more precise, and the analysis, the competitor keywords and the first sequence already run on your domain alone.
Where do the keywords come from?
From a 2B keyword database. Kira finds your competitors in real Google results, imports the keywords they rank for, and keeps the ones relevant to your business.
Do I have to publish everything it writes?
You decide. Approval is the standard path: every article waits for you. Auto-publish is a switch per sequence, off by default; with it on, articles go to your CMS on their scheduled day.
Does Tonaily guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. Tonaily scores are internal checks that tell you what to fix; estimates depend on stated assumptions; the Time to shine lead time is indicative. Google and the AI assistants decide what they rank and cite. Tonaily measures it afterwards, in Search Console and in AI answers.
Which CMS does it publish to?
WordPress and Diggama, directly, on paid plans. The Shopify connection is being enabled. Social posts for LinkedIn, X and Facebook are written and previewed for you to post yourself. Publishing runs exclusively through these native connections.
What is the Offer Showdown?
Your offer against a competitor’s. Offers are anonymized, then compared by AI based on their features and pricing, for three customer needs. Then the brands are revealed: which offer won each need, why, and sales copy ready to use. 1 showdown a month on Starter, 4 on Growth, 8 on Pro.
What is Time to shine?
A Keywords tab listing the seasonal keywords to write now: those whose publishing deadline, about 8 weeks before their search peak, falls within the next month. For each one: the deadline, the peak month and its multiplier, the volume, the difficulty and a Write button that creates the sequence. On Growth and Pro.
How much does it cost?
The Free account is free: two articles a month, with just your email. Starter is €49.99/month, Growth €89.99/month, Pro €119.99/month, or yearly with two months free. Fixed monthly quotas that are easy to follow, and you can cancel anytime.
